Sweat, lift, repeat.

Probably thinking deep thoughts.
Or…just trying not to fall in the ocean.

Origin Story:

Made in Korea. Assembled in the USA. Adopted as a baby. Grew up in Seattle.

I was taught early on that helping others was not only good karma, but a path to success.

My idol at a young age? Superman.

He used his powers for good. Never gave up. He was adopted. Just like me. I wanted to follow in his footsteps.

When I’m not coaching, I’m traveling, podcasting, hitting the gym or yoga mat, fueling up at Starbucks, reading a book, watching movies, and rooting for my Seattle Seahawks!

Glam squad assemble! Celebrating our best friend's milestone birthday in sunny San Diego.

My one and only time “fishing.”
